Svayambhu: Prabhupada and two or three devotees were walking back from the square near the British Museum. I said, “Does the Pope make spiritual advancement?” Prabhupada immediately said, “Yes, because he’s engaged in God’s work.” It was quite a surprise because the Pope doesn’t follow the regulative principles. But Prabhupada was very definite about it. |
