Usage
When used together with {{blurb}}, this template will enclose whatever appears between the two in a blue box with rounded corners (on supported browsers) and a colored border. It can be used for episode monologues, graphic novel summaries, or other content which needs to formatted to match other template elements like sidebars and navbars.
