Sivarama Swami: We were in Dallas, and as traveling sankirtan we’d come all the way down from Montreal. It was probably just after Mardi Gras. We went out to the airport. We missed Prabhupada when he arrived. By the time we got to the temple, there was Guru Puja going on. Up until then I’d never seen Prabhupada in person, and that was after six years of being involved in Krishna consciousness. When I saw Prabhupada, I related to him as a moving picture of Prabhupada. He looked like Prabhupada in the picture who is moving. That was my impression at that time, that Prabhupada was actually nondifferent than his picture.
