| "Otaṁ protaṁ paṭavad yatra viśvam—this cosmic manifestation is just like thread woven this side and that side. Both sides there are threads, just as cloth there are two sides; both sides length and width, both sides there are the threads. Similarly, the whole cosmic manifestation, lengthwise and widthwise, the energy of the supreme master is working. In the Bhagavad-gītā also it is said, sūtre maṇi-gaṇā iva (BG 7.7). Just like in one thread there are beads or pearls woven, so Kṛṣṇa, or the Absolute Truth, is just like the thread, and everything, all planets or all globes, all universes, they are woven in a thread, and that thread is Kṛṣṇa."
