Anartha-nivṛtti means the disappearance of all unwanted things from our lives, which then allows us to become fixed in devotional service to Lord Krishna. There are various stages one goes through to reach this stage in Krishna consciousness. It begins with faith in the Supreme Lord, followed by association of like-minded devotees. From there, we need to adhere to the four regulative principles -- no meat-eating, no gambling, no intoxication and no illicit sex. By following these principles, we will be promoted to the stage of anartha-nivṛtti, where all misgivings in the performance of devotional service disappear.

Anartha-nivṛtti means the disappearance of all unwanted things from our lives, which then allows us to become fixed in devotional service to Lord Krishna. There are various stages one goes through to reach this stage in Krishna consciousness. It begins with faith in the Supreme Lord, followed by association of like-minded devotees.
