Disturbances are disruptions to generally peaceful conditions. Nobody likes disturbances in their lives, especially those which carry with them great negative consequences. One tries hard to restore peace in his life after a particular disturbance has occurred, by looking to material solutions. However, one should understand that these solutions are only temporary and in some cases, may complicate matters further. One can achieve real and eternal peace to curb all disturbances in his life only by taking to devotional service in Krishna Consciousness.
