Corruption is an issue that concerns many people. Especially those who are effected by it. Some countries are less corrupt than others, but in principle there is the tendency to be corrupt within each conditioned soul. The tendency to cheat is there within us all. This cheating tendency leads to corruption. Unless leadership shows by example how to purify themselves from the cheating propensity then the mass of people will automatically act in corrupt ways as well. Srila Prabhupada states "Actually, everyone in the world can accept this Movement very easily. My angle of vision is that throughout the whole world everyone is good and innocent, only they have been misled and corrupted by rascal leaders. If you can organize everything nicely, the Americans and Europeans of the future will come out very nice, that is my opinion."  Qualified leadership is important in all spheres of life.
