For self-realization, one should always remember Kṛṣṇa. The process for remembering Kṛṣṇa is very easily done by chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa Maha mantra. Kṛṣṇa says that "You always remember Me," and Lord Caitanya says, "You always chant the name of Kṛṣṇa." There is no difference, because Kṛṣṇa and Kṛṣṇa's name are non-different. In the absolute status there is no difference between one thing to another. The Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is so meticulous that it gives one a good opportunity to remember Kṛṣṇa somehow or other.
